Yes you should. I have that exact same JCM 900 and loved it alot but it was kinda lacking versatility. The JCM 2000 has everything a Marshall could want. Can do anything a 900 can but better. More gain, More channels, and a tone a deep switch that are super sweet. Also I found the 2000 to be more sensitive to playing dynamics than the 900 which is a must.
