That depends on the cab.
Is it 2 X12 or 4 X12 and what ohm rating are the individual speakers?
It might be possible with some minor re-wiring of the cab depending on the answers to the above questions.
Out of interest what head have you got? It's unusual to see one with just 16ohms. Has it been hard-wired that way?
