Re-tolex? I guess that means you're not going to be playing shows with it, huh? I don't think it's all that difficult. Looks ain't everything.

There's a guy on here named VintageHeadBox and others that are good at refinishing stuff like that. Actually, MartyStrat on here builds cabs as well. You should find them and ask them.

There is no skeleton key for any tube amp.
