Ok, I'll give it a shot. Yes you can. All it is, is a signal going out. The tone on amp #2 will be determined by where you plug it in on that amp. If you plug it into the front of amp #2 (normal guitar input), you will be pre-amping twice because your line out on amp #1 is "post" pre-amp. If your 2nd amp has a pre-amp in (on the back), you'll be bypassing the 2nd amps preamp, therefore using only the 1st amps tone. Also, if you use the pre-amp in on the 2nd amp you can control both amps with the 1st amps volume control.

Wow, even I'm confused. Should work but wear safety glasses and have a first aid kit on standby.
