yeah they're hand made in Germany so they're fairly rare. I got lucky and tried a friends. he had a cobra and a dragon. Now i sold my other amps (and i've had everything, all the rectos, a few marks, peavey's, we'll leave Marshall out of it because i still like them, ENGL's and so on)and they're my favorite.
You get all the control and girth of a mesa (build quality's pretty good too) ad the tone somewhere in between. they can do mesa,marshall and peavey sounds as well as many others but they do their own thing well.
a properly working Framus is literally jaw dropping the first time you use one in person
