I have a NMV 1987 MKII which I bought new in 2007.
It was damaged at the store as it fell off a full stack. This cracked the exterior of the case. I have had numerous tube changes looking for the right tone and I am giving up. I plugged in a THD Hotplate incorreclty once and it melted one of the bias adjusters, it has been bypassed. I have had several caps replaced/modded. I don't know the names or what they do. The normal volume and channel 2 do not work well but I am sure it is a simple fix.

If anyone is interested I will take some pictures inside and out. I am buying another amp and I am only $600 away so that is what I am looking for. I know a good tech would have her up and running noise free for nothing. If I had the time I would take it to my guy but I don't.

Forgot, it is a 50 watt and regarding the second channel, it works but there is some noise. Otherwise it is loud as hell.
