And it keeps getting easier, I also sent Marshall an email asking about replacements for the "vintage by marshall" speakers and it turns out they have a part number and can be ordered from marshall dealers easily enough.
Here's their reply to my email:
Dear Dave,
You may purchase any current Marshall parts and accessories, including replacement speakers, by placing a special order through any of the Marshall-authorized US Dealers listed online at
Marshall US Registration. In addition to those dealers listed, we also recommend parts-specializing dealers such as Parts Is Parts (1-800-590-0014) or Antique Electronic Supply (480-820-5411).
The part number for the Marshall/Celestion Vintage speakers used in the 1960AV and 1960BV cabinets is B312D61018. If you or your dealer require further assistance regarding Marshall part numbers and current availability, we recommend contacting Korg USA’s Customer Service Department directly at 631-390-6800. Their office is available Mondays-Thursdays 9am-6pm, and Fridays 10am-5pm Eastern.
Best regards,
Mike
