If it says "1960b" then that's what it is. You need to take the back off and get the codes off the speaker frame and cones. Then Google Celestion and look up the type and year of the speakers. The cabinet isn't worth a whole lot on its own no matter what it is (exept a tall 1982 or 1960 bottom); it's the speakers inside that determine most of the value.
