ART SGX 2000, Fantastic preamp (rest of effects are ok) but the pre amp is great i Have used it for years with a jcm 800 2203 it gave me jcm crunch at low volume if needed, I now use it with my 2553 jubilee head it gives the jube another pre amp section and makes it even more versatile. the art sgx was brought out in 1990 and utilizes a 12ax7 tube to get its sound .these were Hi quality units ,it cost me a grand then now you can pick them up on ebay for under £100
