probably, it's time to retube... i'm not positive but this should be the first step you take. don't change parts around if they aren't the same, looking the same and being the same are a lot different. Never switch anything out unless you are familiar with electronics and know the value of the component you are replacing. resistors and little parts like that sometimes have hairline values and if you have something incorrect in it's place it will not function properly.
deciding to work off of an assumption is taking one hell of a leap of faith. time to go to a tech and make sure that bridge rectifier is correct.

Transformers inside amplifiers were not originally designed to be in there, and the tube was not created for the guitar amp.
ANY recommended idle current is a guideline and in no way a necessary requirement. There is no skeleton key for any tube amp.
