I can't listen to the clip at work, but it's labeled as an "overdrive" and has separate drive and volume boost controls. Not really a "clean" boost, right? Then again so does a TS and we're talking about those here too.

Maybe I shouldn't speak without playing the clip first, though? I could be wrong.
