The 900 1960 cab is just as good as the 800 series. Your cab should have G12T-75's in it and be rated at 300 watts.
A lot of guys put two V30's in the cab in an X pattern to get a better, overall tone.
I use Eminence speakers and right now I'm auditioning a set of Private Jacks and Black Powders. Sounds awesome.
Anyway, the 900 1960 cab is a good one.
